Postage & Delivery:

Shaklee calculates shipping fees based on the total value of your product order (before tax, shipping, and handling).

  • For orders under AUD 199, a flat postage rate of AUD 12 applies.

  • For orders AUD 199 or above, you’ll enjoy FREE shipping — yes, free delivery anywhere in Australia!


Order Processing Time

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.

Please note: During busy periods (such as the 28th–5th of each month) or major holidays, slight processing delays may occur due to increased order volume.


Estimated Delivery Time

Our goal is for every order to reach you within 5 to 7 business days from your order date.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Larger orders may be shipped in multiple parcels and could arrive on separate days.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

All shipments are sent using Australia Post or other trusted courier partners.
Every order includes tracking information, which you can view through your account under:
Order History → “Track.”


Address & Delivery Instructions

We proudly deliver to all regions across Australia, including rural areas and PO Boxes.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are generally unable to reroute or modify the delivery address.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, Australia Post or the courier may leave a collection card or re-delivery instructions.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.


 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Consumer Rights under Australian Consumer Law

Your Shaklee purchase is protected by Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights as a consumer.

If a product has a failure, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation for any reasonable loss.

If the issue is minor, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.


Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
In certain cases, we may accept returns or exchanges at our discretion if the following conditions are met:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless otherwise specified).

  • Original postage charges are non-refundable.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of receipt.

Provide a brief description and photos of the issue so we can assist promptly. We may request the item be returned for inspection.

Once confirmed, we will replace or refund the product.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Return Authorization & Process

For all returns — whether due to change of mind, damage, or fault — you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

To request an RA:

When returning your package:

  1. Clearly mark your RA number on the parcel.

  2. Pack items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  3. Use a trackable shipping service for your return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval and process your refund or replacement.

Shaklee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
